Became Not Responding while in SAFE MODE

After spending weeks and over 100 man hours farting around blaming Add-Ons, this problem occurred in SAFE MODE.

IIRC this is the Console Error showing:

Problem might be due to DoNotTrackMe. I turned off AddOns and when I re-enable DNTM, FF would not startup (using Session Manager to re-open last session) but got hung up in the usual way.
