downloaded mozilla firefox and now cant log on to grays online, not sure why?

Wanted to replace internet explorer, can still log on with internet explorer but not with mozilla. Rang Greys support who suggested I scrap moxilla and use alternate browser but am not keen to do this. Any suggestions welcome
