I am having difficulty registering to review an ad on, it will not recognize my name and if I have previously registered it will not send an email to reset?
I was trying to register to leave a rating for an ad-on, but it will not recognize my name, so I just put in my first name as my last name is hyphenated and it still will not recognize my name. I then tried to see if maybe I had previously registered there before, so I put in that I forgot my password and entered my email address so I could receive an email to put in a new password if I previously had an account which I do not know if I did or not. I never got a email sent to me as I tried to have it sent three times and I never got an email sent to me, so it looks that I do not have an account. How can I register to leave a rating for the ad-ons if it will not recognize my name (ad-ons for home PCs and Laptops? I have this problem with many sites and usually I will not do business with them if they will not allow me to use my legal name! With so many people who have hyphened last names it is sure stupid when large and small companies do not let people to register with their legal names (they lose my business revenue and how many more people's revenue do they lose as a result of their stupidity?!

The Addons support forum is over here: https://forums.addons.mozilla.org/
Separate forums with separate login credentials. Unfortunately each forum under mozilla.org was started at a separate time [years apart], by a different project group, and user credentials weren't centralized. About a year ago the plan was to have Mozilla Persona [a centralized login system] "consolidate" all the different Mozilla domain login credentials for users, but I haven't seen that even start to happen yet.
It is rather a shame that the different Mozilla forums need different log ins.
In my case, I was already logged in to my profile, but add-ons still wanted me to log in again; and then still said my name was already in use when I tried to register. So, it seems that the sites are at least half connected to each other.
