I updated Adobe Acrobat & Shockwave flash to latest versions, but Firefox still says they are outdated. What do I do about this? Thanks
Even though I updated both Adobe Acrobat and Shockwave flash to the latest versions, Firefox still says I need to update them in the add-ons Manager. When I check them in the plugin check and updates page https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/, it says everything is up to date. How can I fix this? Thanks,

It says you have the Flash 15.0 version so do you have 15.0.0.246 ?
as 15.0.0.242 and the 15.0.0.239 (which Plugin check thinks is current) is vulnerable.
For Windows and Mac 16.0.0.235, 13.0.0.259 ESR and 15.0.0.246 are not vulnerable according to Adobe and are not on blocklist. The blocklist below for Win/Mac is in two parts so as to not block the 13.0.0.259 ESR version as it did initially.

Flash Player Plugin 14.0 to 15.0.0.242 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/blocked/p798
Flash Player Plugin 10.3.183.66 to 13.0.0.258 https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/blocked/p794
I finally uninstalled both shockwave flash and Adobe Acrobat, then re-installed both. That fixed the problem with shockwave flash, but in the Add-ons Manager, it still says that I need to update Adobe Acrobat. The strange thing is when I click where it says to check if all your add-ons are up to date, Firefox takes me to a page where it plainly shows that all my add-ons including Adobe Acrobat are up to date.
