The new update is causing me 3 problems. PLEASE help. I'm tired of this.
I need my bookmark toolbar back. I need to be able to see my taskbar at the bottom of the page when i hover my mouse over it instead of having to hit the windows button eveytime. and I need my top of the page toolbar that shows file, edit, view, bookmarks, options, help, back.
PLEASE HELP. These updates drive me crazy especially when you can't just google the answer. I read a lot of stuff to no avail. Thank you for your time.

It sounds as if you are in Full Screen mode - press F11 to cancel it.
If that doesn't bring the toolbars back, right click at the top of the page and tick/check Bookmarks Toolbar. You can also do the same for Menu Bar - or just press Alt when you need to see it.
