I am already logged in using FFR0X on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/FFR0X/ using same email address. but why cant i login to support.mozilla.org using same credentials ?

Mozilla should allow 1 login to access all features..

Different mozilla.org sites have been made at different times and with different software.

The only place you can use the same user account from addons.mozilla.org at is the support forum for it which is https://forums.mozilla.org/

However some Mozilla sites also allow a login via Persona. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/persona/ https://support.mozilla.org/kb/what-is-persona-and-how-does-it-work
