Firefox won't allow me to enter Zotero password
I'm trying to sync my Zotero files and every time I do I get the an error message. I went through the Zotero help network, and they said that the problem was that Firefox thought I was using a master password (I'm not), or that I was cancelling the password dialog (I'm not). Here is the error report message I receive:
[JavaScript Error: "uncaught exception: Password not set"] [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_ABORT: User canceled master password entry" {file: "resource://gre/components/crypto-SDR.js" line: 115}] [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_ABORT: User canceled master password entry" {file: "resource://gre/components/crypto-SDR.js" line: 115}] [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_ABORT: User canceled master password entry" {file: "resource://gre/components/crypto-SDR.js" line: 115}] [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_ABORT: User canceled master password entry" {file: "resource://gre/components/crypto-SDR.js" line: 115}] [JavaScript Error: "uncaught exception: Password not set"] [JavaScript Error: "TypeError: tab.page.annotations is undefined" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/browser.js" line: 324}] [JavaScript Error: "uncaught exception: Password not set"]

If you are not, there might be somewhere that thinks you do. For example, when you set up a master password there is a file that encrypts the stored passwords.
If you go and check the stored passwords in Firefox, remove the one for Zotero and visit the site and login with a new session. Is there a master password in this setting? Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords You can reset it or remove it with the .xul url in that article as well.
