Change display name on calendar invites

My first and last name are on display for my emails, but when I send out calendar invites it includes my entire name (including middle). I don't want my middle name to be displayed. How do get it so that only my first and last name show up on the calendar invite? The account options show that my display name is my first and last name, but the calendar invite name displays my first, middle, and last.

Do you have multiple SMTP servers configured? Perhaps it is sending using a defunct to you account which is still configured.
