Do you know that that none of the streaming services (Spotify, Tidal) work with the combo Firefox + Adobe Flash?
In these streaming services (webplayers) Songs/videos start playing, but stall at 0:03 seconds. And that's it, folks. I'm certain I'm not the only one with this problem. Operating system Windows 7.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.

I really don't think malware would affect flash player specifically on music streaming services... It looks like a bug.
This wasn't about malware, but about security (anti-virus) software that could be interfering, so you can still give it a try.
Did you confirm that a Flash player is used and not an HTML5 media player?
The Flash player will give a Flash context menu if you right-click the player area.
