Each time I want to go to my home page I have to click on the link at least five times before firefox gets me there. I've refreshed Firefox and problem continu
This will happen when wanting to go to another site also. It usually happens when it's the first site clicked on. I've used Firefox for years and it just started happening this year.

Are you clicking on the home page icon (house), or something else?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that makes a difference.
Tried both suggestions and they do not work. Problem continues.
