In my emails I cant search for old email sent to me after january 2015. I can search older emails but not forward from this date.
I can use the search bar to look for old emails often. As of jan 15 I cannot search emails after this date. I can search emails older than this but not newer. Please help.
I have looked in the calander of my emails and It stops at jan 15.

Perhaps your search database needs rebuilding. Try this:
Make hidden files and folders visible:
In thunderbird Help > Troubleshooting Information click on 'Show folder' button a new window opens showing contents of profile folder name.
Close Thunderbird now - this is important
Scroll down, locate and delete this file: global-messages-db.sqlite
Start Thunderbird. It will recreate the file you deleted, so allow a little time.
Then try the global search option again.
