If that is a desktop PC, you probably need to replace the 'coin' battery on the motherboard. There may be no or low voltage to the CMOS, which needs power when the PC is turned off for its memory. Usually takes a CR2032 'coin' battery.

BTW, that's more of a Windows operating system problem rather that a Firefox support issue.
