Laptop crashed twice last week lost my fb, had to make new fb. How can i get my original fb back please?
Hi Microsoft shut down twice in 2 days last week, Friday and Saturday. I ,lost my original fb account, and had to make another fb account. My original fb has all my groups, pictures etc. I have 5 contacts that FB can ask to see ith this is my account, but they wouldnt accept them, yet they asked me months back to do it, as i got hacked!! Please. how do i get my original FB back? Ive been trying all week, but im not good at this techno stuff. Thank you very much.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
