Have you attempted custom installing Firefox in a different location and seeing if that fixed the problem?

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

I don't understand you mentioned "In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>" but you see, I cannot even open up the firefox browser to be able to even enter anything into the address bar!!!
I cannot open the browser at all

What do you mean? As in installing it somewhere besides the C drive?

Yes, sometime ago I found that the files that Firefox ran on got corrupted but an install wouldn't fix them. I then installed it on my other drive and then it worked. You could also delete the whole Firefox folder under program files and the run something like CCleaner to clear out the registry of the Firefox links left behind and do a clean install.
