Can't find where to ask Firefox question - Just downloaded Chrome
I've been through this about a dozen times - I can't find where to ask a simple question about Firefox. Guess after all these years, I'll have to use Chrome.

The original question was: Which add-on do I need for Firefox to hear the audio for this clip: http://bloombergtv.ca/shows/the-daily-brief/the-daily-brief-clips/wind-ceo-a-fourth-wireless-player-is-here-to-stay/
I can get audio from other sites.
You have not asked any questions here yet.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

Hello,
You can ask questions about Firefox right here on the Mozilla Support forum. So, what is your question? We're here to help.
Just so you don't think I'm totally stupid: After registering with Mozilla, I typed a question . When I tried to submit it, I was told I had no authority to access that page. I installed Chrome, and it gave me no problem. I'd never thought I would do that after all these years of using Netscape and Firefox. I tried again - this time I vented my frustration with the Mozilla help system, and was able to also put in the question. The simple question is: Which add-on do I need for Firefox to hear the audio for this clip: http://bloombergtv.ca/shows/the-daily-brief/the-daily-brief-clips/wind-ceo-a-fourth-wireless-player-is-here-to-stay/ ?
Is there a simple answer such as "You need this and this add-on", and 'you can install it from here and here"?
Incidentally: I have no other problems with audio, including news clips from ctv.ca
Thanks, folks!
Flash should work on all websites. Download the file. Is there still a problem?
I installed Adobe Flash. My computer ( Belarc - Advisor) now shows the following installed: Adobe Systems - Flash Player Update Service Version 20,0,0,235
Adobe Systems - Shockwave Flash Version 10,0,22,87 Adobe Systems - Shockwave Flash Version 20,0,0,235
Still no audio from that clip.
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Flash Player Version 20.0.0.235
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Note: Windows users should download the ‘’’active_x’’’ for “Internet Explorer,”
and the ‘’’plugin’’’ for “Plugin-based browsers” (like Firefox).
Adobe still offers Flash 18.0.0.268 as its extended support release further down
OK - I removed the older version
Adobe Systems - Flash Player Update Service Version 20,0,0,235
Adobe Systems - Shockwave Flash Version 20,0,0,235
Still no audio, though . . .

That is the HTML5 media player.

That is the HTML5 media player.
That file deals with Windows 7 N and KN
N is made for the EU market and does not include Windows Media Player. KN is made for the Korean Market and does not include Windows Media Player or an Instant Messenger.
I am in North America (Canada).
You will still need support for playing media content via the HTML5 media player.
You can check the Web Console or Browser Console (Firefox menu button or Tools > Web Developer) for media related error messages.
