See this Kurzweil Education Customer Support article. You need to remove the existing add-on and then install a new "signed" version of that addon, which is available at the bottom of this page. http://support.cambiumtech.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=1597

Wont this put my firefox at risk? i don't want to permanently disable something important. i am not very tech savy.
