I migrated my TB Profile from my desktop to my laptop, both Win 10 64bit w same version of TB (45.3.0)and Lightning. TB works OK but Lightning (4.7) shows NO entries in my calendars, tho it lists the calendars there and they are checked. I checked and the calendar-data folder has the copied data. Also when I create a new event in Lightning it doesn't show either. I tried removing Lightning and reinstalling and same thing. The calendars are Google Calendars that I've been using for some time. Any ideas?

What can I do to restore the calendars???

I don't know that I can help you much because I don't use the Google Calendar Provider. I used it until a couple of years ago, but found it unreliable, so I switched to CalDAV instead -- since when I've had no problems at all. I guess that may have been the implied point of Matt's question to you? All I can suggest is that you uninstall the Provider add-on, close and restart Thunderbird, and then install the add-on again to make sure it's up-to-date. Or you could switch to the CalDAV method instead: if that works then you know the problem is with the add-on.

Thanks. I've been traveling and just now getting to try this. But I can't get CalDAV to show my Google calendar. I enter the Location as: https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/<myCalendarID>/events as I understand from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1097284 but the calendar is still empty when I sync it. I also tried with my gmail email address instead of calendar ID and that also doesn't work. Has something changed or am I missing something?? Thanks,
