how do i get my comcast address book over to thunderbird?
new user, and it seems i only have addresses from mails i clicked in thunderbird. how can i transfer my entire addy book from comcast.net addy? thanks

Go to the comcast website, log in to your acount and export the address book. It will almost certainly offer CSV (comma separated values) format, and maybe vCard or VCF file format.
vCard format may be easiest to import into Thunderbird. You can also import CSV but many users seems to have problems lining up the data fields in the CSV file with those accepted by Thunderbird.
