I was checking my saved accounts and passwords and stupidly hit "remove all" by accident. is there any way to get all my saved logins back?

Unless you have a backup somewhere . . . . . .
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
In addition to the above :
Let's see if there are any backup copies :
Open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder :
3-bar menu => "?" button (at the bottom) => Troubleshooting Information
In the first table on the page, click the 'Open Folder' button which should launch a new window listing various files and folders in Windows.
Leaving that window open, switch back to Firefox and Exit : 3-bar menu => 'power' button (at the bottom, next to the question mark)
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then scroll down to logins.json and right-click it and choose 'Properties'. In Windows you should see a tab called 'Previous Versions', which lists out any copies of this file stored in Windows restore points or backups. If you find one that you want to try restoring : save a few different date files out to a different folder before replacing the existing logins.json file with a promising candidate.
Note : If you changed your master password recently, you may also need to restore the key3.db file from the same date to allow Firefox to decrypt the passwords in the logins.json file from that date.
Start Firefox back up again.
You can check if there is an older copy of logins.json as part of a system restore point.
