Can't install addons

Firefox is preventing me from adding any add-ons. I've tried two so far: Adblock Plus and Adblock for Firefox.

What i've done to try and fix this: Reset Firefox Started in Safemode Uninstalled Firefox Uninstalled AND deleted folders in %APPDATA% Clicked and dragged the XPI file into Firefox

None of this has worked. I've spent hours today trying to figure this out. I'm using Windows 10 and latest version of Firefox

I also tried uBlock

So I figure it out. I had to disable our antivirus, Webroot. This was so frustrating..

I'd click on Install, it'd download, then give an error. Unfortunately, now I can't recreate it.

Why not? Did it install?
