Can I download version 55? It's for my Dell computer and it's 9 years old and 32 bit. I have version 52 right now. ... and ... are 2 of my e-mail addresses.

In your More Systems Details on right of post your "User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0"
Appears to be Firefox 52 on Windows Vista.
Firefox 53.0 and later Releases requires Windows 7, 8, 10 to run. So even if you were to find a 32-bit Firefox 55.0 setup for WIndows, it would not run.
The only still updated version to work on the EOL Windows XP and Vista is Firefox 52 ESR (Extended Support Release).
Firefox 52.5.2 ESR is the current and 52.9.0 ESR out on July 3rd, 2018 is looking to be the last update for Firefox 52 ESR and for WinXP/Vista.
