Why does the pull down list of websites in the URL window keep dropping Google (1-2 times per week)?
Every now & then the Google link disappears from suggestions that pull down when I click in the address bar. See attached file (if it ever loads).
Since I use Google search frequently (several times daily) it should be near the top, at least the second item, as shown in the 2nd image file.
This is annoying, as it means I must retype the address each time it happens. Is this something Microsoft has conned you into surreptitiously putting in your software, so that people get tricked into using Bing? The only thing I've ever used Bing for is to get to the Google Search screen.

If you use Google that much, install the Google search engine into the search bar. You can also place Google on the Bookmarks Toolbar.

I have no search bar cluttering the page. So, I put this in the Bookmarks; it will just mean one more click whenever the address disappears.
These sound like Microsoft solutions -- make the user employ some sort of work-around rather than understand & eliminate the underlying cause.
All other addresses persist, even though few are used. Only Google, the one address that is used the most, disappears with regularity.
