everytime we close thunderbird, it drops the email address
we use 2 email accounts through thunderbird, and when my husband clicks off thunderbird, and then reopens it the email accounts are gone, and we have to set them up again, all the tabs are gone. once reloaded, and used, he will click off, and they have disappeard again. Please help

Find your profile directory https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb
Then make sure prefs.js file in that directory is not marked read-only
