how to remove master password without losing all saved logins
I created a master password for security and cannot remember what it was. If I change that password i still have to enter the original one which I don't remember and add a new one which will erase all of my saved logins. How do I delete the master password without losing all my saved logins? Also there should be a function to allow us to download our login names and passwords for just this reason. This is so frustrating.

Hi, you do not. As a security feature it works and you have proven it. Sorry, there is no way to what you would like to do.
Suggest start going to the sites you get auto logged in with the passwords and bookmark the page. Then delete and start requesting new user or passwords.

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
