mail relocated from original inbox first account to another inbox in Thunderbird

i have a two pop email accounts and an imap account mail is being received by one of the first pop accounts ( top of the list ) and is then relocated to the imap account

So what is the problem exactly.

The POP gets the mail as it should. The IMAP account gets mail as it should.

Mail can not move from a POP account to an IMAP account, unless you have created a filter to do so, or manually moved it. It does not "just happen".
