No matter what I try, I am unable to get Firefox to use my printer presets. Each time I print from Firefox, I have to redo my printer resets. Why?

Printer presets should be already set when you installed the Printer driver and the Browser uses those settings for your printing options. Mac or Windows they should be the same if you installed the Printer driver/software the Browser will use those settings unless they were changed in the Browser print options.

Thanks. But why is "security software" always what is suspected when you have computer problems? It's a vague assumption that doesn't seem to ever ask if you're using certain security software that is known to cause problems. Also, I think I have an Epson printer driver installed. But this issue seems have started when I switched back to Firefox from Chrome. Also, attached is the image I tried to attach before but it kept failing. Thanks again!

I use Windows O/S up to 10 now and have no such problems like it forgets the printer settings. So where you able to do a print preview and print what your seeing is what the Print Preview was showing?

I am not using a PC. And Mac problems are not usually caused by security software. Most Mac users probably don't even run security software. And if it is a security software problem, I wouldn't stop using it and make my computer more vulnerable just so I can print easier with Mozilla. Thanks but this advice sounds like a time-consuming process of elimination and guess-work. I learned years ago to resist tech support that says I should try random ideas like this. Thanks again.

This is where mac themselves become malware infected and this story has been born out of facts. Apple has been documented on this fallacy but is a myth.
