Showing pictures in Google search

I have a problem with showing pictures in Google on first search like when i search "Tonsillitis", Google automatically shows the picture and symptoms and... Of this disease but Firefox doesn't show that. I take screen shots of firefox, chrome and samsung browser with the same conditions like no add-ons available, no account login, cleared browsers data and... As it shows the firefox doesn't show the picture but the other two browsers are showing it. My both phone and tablet are xiaomi. i dunno whats wrong with firefox, i hope the technical team could fix it

I think this is down to the content that Google has chosen to display in Firefox for Android. I believe that this is something that we are hoping to be changed in the future.
