Firefox doesn't load certain websites and leaves them on a blank page
There are certain websites that neither Firefox or Chrome will open. For example, YouTube, Discord and others. I click them, they load for a second then immediately stop and they stay on a completely blank page. There isn't even any message. However, some websites still load, like Reddit, and sometimes, for a few minutes, YouTube works. The same problem happened on my mother's laptop so I don't think it's my computer. I've tried cleaning the cookies and cache, I've tried reinstalling Mozilla, I've tried changing the Firewall's settings but they're all greyed out, I tried using Safe Mode, I've scanned for malware and viruses, my computer is clean. I don't get what the problem is. Some websites load. My internet is completely fine and this doesn't happen on my phone. Just with my PC and my mom's laptop. It's very frustrating. What else can I do to fix this?

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Did you try to reboot (power off/on) the router?
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
