I followed the directions in the video for moving data to a new PC but the Thunderbird file I created from the old PC won't copy to the new one.

The file was created successfully (10.4G) and copied to a USB. No files transfer when I try to copy the TBird file to the new PC.

Did you delete the existing Thunderbird folder in ...\AppData\Roaming before you replaced it with the Thunderbird folder on the USB, and was TB closed when you copied from the USB?
