Which Firefox profile should I back up ?

Hi Using Firefox 72.0.1 64 bit I use Moz Backup to back up both Thunderbird and Firefox. I just went to back up Firefox and there is now two profiles. One is shown as Default followed by 13 digits. The other profile is Default-release. I dont know which one to back up to be able to save my bookmarks etc. Im not too technical so please make it easy....lol Thanks Rob

Enter about:profiles in the URL bar. Profile, that is currently used, should be described there.

Hi Thanks for reply, appreciate it. I had already done that and it lists the two profiles as per my post. Previously there was only one, so I used Moz Backup to back up that profile. Now, when I go to back up the profile, it shows two, and I dont know which one to back up?

Do you see sth like This is the profile in use and it cannot be deleted.? This one.

Hi Yes Thats the one that says DEFAULT and then 13 digits. Is this the one that contains all my bookmarks etc and that I should back up?
