fixed background isn't fixed with firefox on my web page

I created a web page to look a certain way. Microsoft Edge shows a fixed background which I like. Foxfire doesn't show my background fixed. Sharon Youth-Envy.bravehost.com

Well, this won't work in any browser since the release of CSS standard - december 17, 1996.

This really won't work in modern browser. I'm surprised that Microsoft is still supporting this old code in Edge.

Other attributes like vlink and link won't have effect as well.
