So at home I use 2 x browsers: Chrome & Firefox, with FF being my default browser. Ive also been using both browsers at work, until now cos they now "manage" our Chrome on all PC's. Ive exported my Chrome passwords to .csv and removed all my passwords that are not work related. Ive signed out of syncing Chrome on my work PC. Ive removed all my bookmarks (except for work) and cleared all my browser history, cache etc "all time". What Ive noticed now when Ive opened my Firefox that any bookmark folders have been removed simultaneously, and if i add anything on my FF, it auto adds to the Chrome browser. What else do I need to do here please? Im drawing a blank as to what else I need to do....

Perhaps you have an extension installed that synchronizes your data between Firefox and Chrome; and that meeds to be disabled, too?

Help > Troubleshooting Information, then scroll down to Extensions. Copy and Paste the list into the Reply box here.
