Since the latest Thunderbird update each time I open my email account I get the Windows Account Control screen asking me if I want to allow this app to make changes to your device. This happens each time I open my email account and like I said it only recently started after the latest update.

I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue as it is quite annoying to say the least.

Thanks to all.

All permissions were checked off. I think I've solved the issue by reinstalling Thunderbird. Since I did the reinstall the problem has not surfaced. But thank you for the suggestion, it is appreciated.
