I can't add my Gmail account, which has a custom domain, in Thunderbird.

Hi,

I'm trying to add my Gmail account to Thunderbird. The account has a custom domain. I enter my e-mail, password and I configure manually the server settings, IMAP and SMTP domain with SSL.

Then, Thunderbird returns this error messaje(img1).

This error has appeared in Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux 20.04.

Hola Prueba ir a Herramientas->Opciones->Privacidad y Seguridad->Contraseñas -> Contraseñas guardadas: Eliminar las entradas correspondiente a la cuenta de correo. Luego configurar nuevamente los datos en la cuenta. Es posible que también tengas que habilitar la aplicación Thunderbird en la cuenta de Gmail: paso 1 del siguiente enlace: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9003945?hl=es Saludos
