Here is the crash info. Recently, usually when scrolling through sites, my tabs would crash unexpectedly. This is a brand-new laptop that I have had for a little over a week now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, so I mainly had this issue on the Best Buy website, but i dont know if it is also an issue on other sites. It happened when i would scroll on pages and read reviews. Everything is up to date as far as Windows updates and driver updates go. Firefox is also up to date, so it could be a problem with the site itself! Thank you for the help, I will keep you updated if any more assistance is needed!

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
