Can't access gmail in FF or Chrome
Several weeks ago (not sure when it really started) I noticed that Gmail would not load. Going to the Gmail page I get the following: Temporary Error We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes. You can view the G Suite Status Dashboard for the current status of the service. As I said, this "temporary" error seems to be permanent. This happens in FF and Chrome (I rarely use chrome). I have cleared ALL data. I have refreshed FF. MS Edge accesses Gmail. So, I think it seems like a Mozilla problem, some how.

I had tried safe mode, which did not help. Just before receiving your post, I decided to try clearing all history, cache and cookies one more time. ( I have done that 3 or 4 times already.) As part of that process I did one thing new: from the History Sidebar I removed the Gmail websites, that is I did a "forget about this site."
The page now loads. So, whatever was the problem it now seems solved.
The way it happened I can't be sure where the glitch was, but if it happens again I'll try going straight to the "forget about this site" first.

Have you tried in safe mode? Can you also just try going to gooledotcom and login there. The click on the square with the dots, then click gmail and post a screenshot of the issue.
Also see if there are any cookies being blocked. see screenshot
