Whenever I hover over a bookmark, or anything that has hover text, the text color is bright yellow, and unreadable. I've looked everywhere for an option to customize this or fix this, but it doesn't look like that's an option unless you somehow fix it in CSS. And honestly, I'm not that code savvy.

I've changed themes, I've disabled all my extensions and plugins in safe mode, and the yellow text is still there.

Your image has been removed. Do you still get yellow text if you use the default theme?

Damn, I'm sorry. Here's the new link to the image.

And yes, default theme gives me the same issue. I even refreshed Firefox, which just stripped everything and reinstalled, and it was still doing the same thing.

OK, thanks. That shows a purple UI background which isn't the default theme. See the section "The problem happens in Safe Mode" in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
