Setting Body Text as the default in release 91.2.0

I have always been able to set Body Text as the default for emails in all previous versions of Thunderbird, however the new 91 release has defeated me. Any ideas?

The checkbox in Preferences/Composition/HTML Style works here. Is the setting not applied for you?
