Firefox Browser is not working, but I know internet is connected because other browsers are working (Edge and Chrome).
I opened Firefox today like I do every day and every tab I open gives me nothing. I thought the internet might be down, but after talking with co-workers, they have internet. I opened Chrome and Edge, and can connect to websites with no problems. I can't do anything on Firefox right now. I couldn't even connect with support through Firefox. I restarted my computer twice hoping that would be a good starting point, but no change in Firefox.

It looks like we do use Webroot. I'll check out the two links you included and see if the work-arounds they have will help.
Thank you.
Follow up: I tried the work around from the first link- making it compatible with Windows 8, and that did the trick! Thank you again for your quick reply and solution to the problem. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you James! I put the settings back to what they used to be and restarted the computer. Everything is working correctly! Thank you for letting me know the updated version is out.
