In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!

I have no browser crashes. I get the following error text in the Windows Event Viewer:
The description for Event ID "1155" from source "Firefox Default Browser Agent" could not be found. Either the component that triggers this event is not installed on the local computer, or the installation is corrupt. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event occurred on a different computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was saved with the event: 0x80070483 in GetDefaultPdf:54
Maybe you can tell me how to get rid of this error?

You can disable this component by setting this pref to false as you can read in the article.
- about:config => default-agent.enabled = false
- https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/toolkit/components/telemetry/data/default-browser-ping.html
The agent also has its own pref, default-agent.enabled, which if set to false disables all agent functionality, including generating this ping.

I set the value (see attachment) of default-agent.enabled to false.
Without success.
I once tested whether the error occurs when creating a PDF. Unfortunately not.
I believe that the error has only appeared since one of the last Firefox updates.
Please excuse my English. Unfortunately, my English is very bad, so I use Google as a translator.
