Why did I not receive an acknowledgement of my donation via the Standard Chartered Bank some weeks ago?
I want to receive an email acknowledgement of every donation I have done via the '"Standard Chartered Bank"' in Frankfurt. I did not receive one for the donation earlier this year. Next donation depends on receipt of this acknowledgement. Sincerely yours, F.J.Smit.

This is just a support forum manned by volunteers who have no knowledge about your donation etc.
Did you donate to Thunderbird or Mozilla ? You get the Thunderbird link to correct webpage from within Thunderbird - I'm assuming you did donate to 'Thunderbird' using the link from within Thunderbird. Menu icon > Help > Make a donation
