After migrating accounts to a new computer, TB does not remember passwords of email accounts, but in troubleshooting mode help: works fine, that is, it has remembered passwords ... After exiting and reopening in normal mode, it asks for all passwords again I found similar problems in forums, but deleting files from profiles etc doesn't work.

I would like to add that the migration was: - still with Windows Vista - TB version 52.9.1. (32 bits), - for Windows 10 - TB version 102.2.2. (64 bits). Maybe there is a problem, but I don't know ...

It's been the 3rd day without mail, I will be grateful for an effective solution and I am asking for help. Installed antivirus: Norton, after disabling the same problem.

I think troubleshooting mode just turns off addons. Possibly turning them off individually may identify if one them is the cause.

I have no any addons.

HI,

Thank you. However, I found the problem and the solution myself, but with the latest TB version, changes have to be made in the update. How do I contact or notify the publisher of future TB releases?

Regards Mooner
