This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but is something that the Facebook support team should be able to help you with.

I'm not sure why the Facebook app is referring to Firefox. Were you using Firefox to store your sign-in for the Facebook app?

Are you able to sign in to Facebook using another browser? For example:

• On Mac or iPhone: Safari
• On Windows: Edge, Internet Explorer or Chrome
• On Android: Chrome
• On Linux: Chromium
