firefox upgraded and erased all my history and bookmarks
My firefox just upgraded and erased all my history and bookmarks. I would like to restore my bookmarks, but the help desk process won't work because it won't list a history from which I can reload the bookmarks. I know there is a process, but I can't find help to restore my bookmarks,
