I can't send or receive e-mails. It doesn't recognize my e-mail address.
I stopped getting e-mails. I can't send e-mails. It tells me to enter a password but rejects even my e-mail address. It stopped working on my computer 9/8/24 and on my phone 9/9/24. It won't let me reset my password because it doesn't recognize my e-mail address so it can send me a code.

If it isn't working on your 'phone it isn't a Thunderbird problem and you'll need to seek help with whoever your e-mail provider is.
A lot of them provide the ability to deal with e-mail on a web-site in a browser so you could try that. Obviously I don't know your details so can't be more specific.
