I know they watch everything I do so if I use Firefox Mobile on my USB and download to my USB, will there be ANY signs of my using the company computer to surf????

If your company monitors the network, they can see anything you access from your computer, no matter what browser you use. However, if you ran Firefox Mobile on a N900 and used that over a cell connection, they couldn't snoop on that since it's your own property and a network connection provided by the cellular network.
