On some sites the words are garbled. The words are great on Internet Explorer
On some sites in fact this box has garbled words in it. When I use Internet Explorer everything is fine. When I try to reduce the font size then I can't read my e-mails. Reducing the font size does seem to help. In fact I can't read some of the info in this box because it is garbled.

The most common cause of this is a corrupt font. Let me know which lines, if any, are garbled at this test page: https://zzxc.net/sumo/helvetica.html
The link is perfect.
@zzxc:
You are using the wrong quotes for the font name (you can't nest quotes like that):
<div style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; font-size: 34px; ">
<div style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: 34px; ">
Can you attach a screenshot?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (200 KB) and do not click Preview after you have attached the image.

Helvetica is second choice on that page (font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;), so check the Arial font as well.
data:text/html,<font face="Helvetica" size="25">abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ</font><br><font face="Helvetica Neue" size="25">abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ</font><br><font face="Arial" size="25">abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ</font>
