Menu bar only has File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks and is missing "Tools" and "Help"
First the entire menu bar was missing. I was able to retrieve it as per recommendations on your website. But now, "Tools" and "Help" are missing but all others are there. How do I retrieve them? Is this a result of my employer blocking these from being downloaded? Is that even possible?

Your employer may have removed those menu items. You can check to see if an extension is causing this problem, to do that start Firefox in Firefox safe mode, if the other menu items return then an extension is the cause of the problem, in which case follow the instructions in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article.
