unable to access online banking since last view 12/09/2010
last login to online bank 12/9/2010. Now will not let me pass onto second stage of login. Bank IT dept has checked it out and said Firefowx will not accept instructions

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
- "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
