Frequent "Server not found" error on when browsing.

Hello, Since upgrading to Firefox 4 I've been getting "server not found" on many sites, I have attempted loading these sites on IE9 and they seem to be loading fine. I've turned off my firewall, all extensions, set Firefox to no proxies, scanned my system with "Kaspersky Internet Security 2011" (which came up with no threats), and still seem to be having this issue. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?

I set my proxy setting to "no proxy" and it seems to be working better...tools,options,advanced,settings...I hope it keeps working...
